3240 channel balance

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3240 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a winged bottom fitting with a depth of 1-1/16" but it is possible that your fitting may have worn down a bit over time, meaning that you most likely have the S385-33 (3240) balances. You could also check another window in the house to see if the shoe might be less worn.
