Question

Hello I am looking to replace the window balance and trying to find the replacement part. Each time i search it directs me to you page but haven't found the exact part. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with a suitable replacement balance for your window, but I'll need to see a photo of it removed from the window channel to identify the right replacement.

I am looking to see the entire balance, bottom and top, to see the attachments on the channel. I'll also need to see any other compatible hardware like any clips, shoes, or pivot bars that may still be in the window channel or attached to the bottom of the sash.
