32e of 795 32inch unavailable

Hi team, after surviving with impossible window for a while I took it down and apart and realize the part I need (795 32" balance 32e weight rating) is unavailable. I measured my window and it is exactly 32lbs. Since 32e is out of stock, would you suggest I wait for it to be back in stock or a 32 D/F could be a suitable alternative? I have at least 3 windows that need the same fix.

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately you need the 32E stamp option. A window of 32 pounds is going to be too heavy or too light for any other choice. If you signed up for auto-notification we will let you know the moment these are back in supply.

Sorry, there was a typo. My window is 29.85 lbs (~30 lbs).

Thanks for clarifying. In that case, did the balances ever feel a little too strong for the windows (was the sash tough to close or keep closed)? If it's just under 30 pounds, yes you absolutely could just go with the 32D stamp instead! It'll support a sash in the range of 25 through 30 pounds.

Awesome, thank you so much Bob. The windows that work well, don't feel heavy at all (unfortunately this one was busted ever since we moved in). I'll try 32D for now, my guess is they might run out sooner due to the weight being max that they can handle. Enjoy your weekend.
