33 1'2" x 27" bottom sash vinyl wdw broken coil springs

Question

Double hung vinyl window bottom sash coil springs broken. We need either replacement springs for two windows or a complete unit with springs and tilt assembly. I am a former general contractor with carpentry skills.

Hello there. This looks like a 15-111 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with either 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balances, or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. You'll need to remove your old coil springs to obtain the proper measurement. See the video below that shows how to remove and replace this type of balance system.
