33 6 JW CMC 7

Question

I need help identify this channel balance please. Its marked with 33 6 JW CMC 7, which the channel only is 34" inches long. Ive included images of the top and bottom adapters as well. I also need a plastic tab that goes on top of the window that catches the channel balance. Ive included a photo of that as well.

Your balance looks similar to our S395-34, which has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match up then you should be good to go.
