33" Balance number 32 5

Hi, I have balance that show this number 32 5. Nothing else. I am pretty sure its S380 type. Its 33" long and 0.5" wide. I don't know what options to pick. What I know is: 13-18 lbs is not enough.
I got 34" option 3320 - too long not strong enough.

PS How different is S380 and S385?

Your stamp may correspond to our 3350 option, but you can always weigh your sash to be 100% sure.

I can't be 3350 because 3350 is 34" long and mine is 33". Thank you

Sorry, that was a typo! I meant to say 3250, based on your stamp of "32 5."
