33" Channel Balance

A quick learner from San diego says:
I weighed the window where the balances are to be replaced. It weighs 36lbs. The original balances are 3240. Should they be 3265 or other?

Did you have trouble keeping the window open with the original balances? Was it difficult to even raise the sash? If so, then it's possible that the original stamp option was too weak. If the window sash is exactly 36 lbs, then the stamp option of 3265 does make more sense. If you had no issue with the windows before the balances broke, however, double-check that weight measurement to be sure.
