Thanks for posting! There is a good chance that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need but I'll need to see a photo of the existing balance removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom of the balance, especially the attachments. It would also help to see any other compatible hardware.

Unfortunately, the length measurement nor the stamp will help to narrow down the balances you need. The stamp is used to determine the weight range the balances should be able to support to hold the weight of the sash.

Thanks for the photos! Although, it is still a bit difficult to identify the balance. It's hard to make out the shape of the bottom shoe. It is also hard to see exactly how the shoe attaches to the balance and how it connects to the pulley system.

Are you able to provide a photo of an undamaged balance?
