33" Window balance: stamp shows 32 5 LU CMC 1

Question

I am looking for a replacement window balance. The string on one is broken. The specs are 33" length Window balance: stamp shows 32 5 LU CMC 1. Width is 5/8". The winged attachment measure is 1-3/32".

On your website, there is a 33" series 385 channel balance option 3250 looks like it would work based on the pictures. If this is the correct balance, you show out of stock. When will you receive more? Please assist with determining the correct window balance. I have attached pictures. Thank you.

As long as your top and bottom fitting match our 19-005 and 15-004, respectively, then the Series 385 will work for you. The style and size of these fittings is the determining factor.

We do plan on having that size back in stock, but we have no ETA at the moment. Supply chains are backed up for months right now due to the quarantine and we do not know when we will get more in at this point in time. I apologize for the inconvenience.
