33 in Window channel balance for pull-up windows

Question

I need to order 6 complete assemblies with top & bottom shoes. Here is the channel info.

Number stumped on the part is 3250 BSI MD

The original window company is ABC window co Ontario ca Installation was done in 2001. Hopefully all this info with the addition of photos can identify the correct part #. Thanks George 805-551-6751

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3250 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
