I am confident we can replace these balances for you, but that stamp code only tells us the strength of the spring inside the balance; it says nothing about its identity. To know its identity, can you show us pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the balance? From there, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need. Thanks.

No worries, thanks for getting back to me with these pictures. This looks like either an S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware and see which matches what you need. In either, case you will need a stamp option of 3240.
