33" long x 1/2" channel balance

Hello,
I need to replace the balances for a Rylock window. They have 33 4 LN Caldwell printed on the side, and are 33" long, 1/2" wide. The window sash weighs 25 lbs. Please advise what part number I need to order.

Hi Tim. Could I ask you to please reconfirm the length of juse the metal portion of your channel balance? It should measure 34". If so, you would need our S350-34 channel balance with a 3340 option.
