I have a 42lb single sash window with one broken channel. The bottom plastic fitting is broken and it incorporates a pulley in the moulding. The house is only 4 years old.
The channel is 34" long, 5/8" deep, 1/2" wide with a 3375 stamping. I can't see a 3375 to order or the appropriate end fittings to attempt a repair.
I have attached photos of the other good side.
From your website forum it seems I am not the only one with this issue as you advised a S385-34 replacement in a similar case. If that is the case what is the delivered cost?
