Thanks for contacting us. We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its configuration. The balance I had in mind would be our S770-33 with a 15-044 clip installed on the end of the cord. We'd also be going with our 33B stamp, of course.

I'm afraid custom balances cannot be returned for a refund, due to their custom nature. I highly recommend looking over the details we show for the S770-33 and 15-044 to confirm that they match up to what you have now.
