1 balance window channel doesn't work (seems to be the brake).
Both balance window channels on another window are rusted and don't operate

Thanks for writing in. This appears to possible an S795-33, with a stamp of 33C. We need, however, to clarify a few things first. 

  • What T-Lock Shoe does this balance use? Is it our 15-195, 15-195B, or 15-194? Compare and let us know. 
  • Can you show us the hole in the window track to which that hook atop the balance attaches to? Its shape is crucial to finalizing your exact balance replacement.
