I just want to verify which coil would be a replacement for the one in the photo I've attached.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't identify what coil spring you may have from this photo or the stamp. We must identify the pivot shoe first. That will allow us to determine the compatible coil springs. If you can show us a photo of the pivot shoe removed from the track, we will do our best to assist from there.

The part shown in this new photo is the coil spring, not the pivot shoe. I'm sorry to say that we won't be able to identify the coil balances without seeing the shoe. We have a large selection of coil springs but we can't confirm if they'll be compatible with the existing shoe, unfortunately.
