34 HD Balance

You'll need the S751-35 Channel Balance to replace yours. The 34HD stamp will support a sash weighing between 24 to 29lbs. The 19-030 Long S-Clip will replace the one attached to the rivet at the top of the channel.

We do not have an exact match for the pivot bars but the 26-150 Cam Pivot Pair should work to replace them. Take a look over the diagram below to review the measurements.
