Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to ID this balance, but we'll need more information. Can you show us the other end of the balance? It should use a shoe of some kind. It may still be installed in the window track. 

Can you also confirm the stamp printed on the metal channel? I can't make it out from the given photos.
