34" channel balance

A contractor from Maryland says:

I have a 34" channel balance with the following marking "33 3 BQ CALDWELL" on the balance.

3/8" wide in spite of marking the metal from end to end measures 34" tilt window I know you need a weight but I don't have an exact weight. If you can tell me my range choices my tech can pick from there. ie" 15-25 lbs. I know it's usually a range with the spiral balances. Thanks

Thanks for writing in. This looks like our S395-34. Your stamp code of 33 3 conforms to our stamp option of 3330, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 18 through 23 lbs.
