Thank you for your patience during this busy season. It looks like you need a new spiral balance and pivot shoe. Is this for a tilt window? If so, you'd want either our Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 600 (9/16" diameter tube).

As for your pivot shoe, can you write out the width and thickness? That will help us narrow down your options.
