34 inch non-tilt window channel balance

Please help me identify my window channel balance. It says 33 4 HP Caldewell as shown in the picture
Its 1/2 inch width and 34 inch long.
It belongs to a window installed in 1997 timeframe in a condo.
Its a non-tilt window.

Thank you for the clear images. I can clearly see your bottom nylon attachment, but not the top. I would need to see both in order to accurately identify what you have. In the meantime, look at our S390-34 and see if this could be a possible match.

Top piece broke but was black in color. Plastic kind.

I'm afraid that doesn't really narrow it down. Do you still have one on hand? Seeing it would definitely be a huge help. Keep in mind color doesn't really matter that much, but style and size does.

Thank you! Yes, our Series 390 looks like it could be our best bet. Your top attachment and ours looks more or less the same. Color is not an important factor for this particular piece.
