3/4 storm door hinge

need replacement hinge for 3/4 ventilation storm door....NOT THE "Z" BAR THAT HINGE SPRING LOADED PINS ASSEMBLE INTO. Hinge has two mounting holes to attach to actual storm door.

I have a 3/4 glass STORM door that was installed about 10 years ago. It was installed with only (3) hinges of which I need to replace (2) of the hinges...(1) has the mounting flange totally broken off and the second hinge is bent. These original hinges needing replacement have METAL PIVOT PINS while your suggested 40-153 has PLASTIC pivot pins of which I am sure will NOT reliably support a heavy storm door. Do you supply appropriate hinges with metal pivot pins?

Thank you for contacting us. I'm afraid we cannot supply you with that hinge in your photo. These hinges can only be acquired from the original manufacturer of your storm door. I believe they have the metal shape fabricated and then cut the hinges to the size they need to fit. That makes it next to impossible for us to stock them, since each one needs to be made for that specific door.
Our 40-153 was used on Larsen storm doors, and we also have the 40-165 hinge pin repair kit, but I cannot guarantee either will work. Take a look to see if either of these will fit your door. The repair kit may be your best bet, but I still think you're better off contacting the original manufacturer.
