In order for our parts department to accurately provide you with replacement options, we are going to need to know more information.

Could you possibly provide us with more pictures of the tops and bottoms of the balances? There are many different options for top and bottom pieces on the balances, so knowing exactly what you have on your current balances will get us closer to an answer.

Also, there should be stamps on your current balances. These numbers will also help narrow down the possibilities.

Ah, I see. This is a special kind of balance that will need to be a custom order. Before we begin, we'll need to see a photo of the metal hook at the end of the cord. Once we have that, we can email you an order link and price quote for each balance in question.

Thank you so much for your patience while we look into this. This one has been a bit of a puzzle. We've been working with the manufacturer to find these but we keep running into walls.

Before we go further, can you tell us the length of the metal channel and weight of the window sash for each balance you need? Please be as precise as possible. The reason i ask is because your stamps don’t match our typical sizes for this Series. Usually they are 34-"X", or 23-"X", as the case may be.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience. The manufacturer is hoping these two pieces of information will help break the dam.
