Hey there, maybe I can help. I'm still not sure what kind of balance you have here. I have a couple requests before we can move forward.

First, can you confirm the width of the metal channel?

Can you also tell me what kind of window this is? Is it tilt or non-tilt? Can you also show me a photo of whatever clips, hooks, shoes, or fittings your balance has? Just seeing the metal channel isn't enough. There should be some kind of attachment that connects the balance to the sash. Seeing that would allow us to identify exactly what you need. If there isn't anything like that on your this balance, then check an undamaged version in case it just broke off.
