34DS 42 And 2790 31

A contractor from Burlingame, CA says:
The window this 34DS 42 weighs approximately 42 pounds. The width at the rivet is 9/16, which I think you call 1/2' channel. The appears to be the letters B.S.I. sideways between the 34DS and the 42.

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its configuration and spring strength. Specifically, we will be making a 35" long channel balance with a 19-011 top fitting and 15-001 bottom fitting. This will also have a 34DS42 stamp option for your extra strong spring.

Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for the requested quantity.

Thank you, I'll email you an order link and price quote right now for 8 of those 34DS springs.

As for the 2790, does this use the same 19-011 top and 15-001 bottom? If so, can you tell me the exact weight of the sash?
