35" Replacement balancer coil needed - for Milguard Window (2013)

Dear Swisco,

I'm replacing the coil balance in a Milguard Ultra fiberglass window (model 3285U - circa 2013).

The coil is 1/2 wide and appears to be 35" long, based on the printing on the coil. The printing reads as follows:

9.0 35"

Can you tell me what replacement part to order?

Hey Zac. This looks like our 15-191 Pivot Shoe, which can use the Series 160 1/2" Thick Coil Springs. A stamp of 9 indicates you need an S160-9 9 lb spring. If your original cover is undamaged there's no need to replace it; but otherwise, see our 15-150S. Let me know if you have further questions.
