35 inch counter balance

Question

I'm looking for two of these and I am hoping you might be able to help me .
I can I find any markings on the window but I was told that they are Anderson windows . This type uses a string with kind of a pulley system I guess ,but the string is gone it's not in the photo if that helps .
There is however markings on the counter balance and on one of the photos . It is 35C BSI JL . I hope you can help me thank you very much for your time

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I am very confident that we can supply this balance, but I'm not 100% sure what you have. It might be a match for our S770-35, but I would need to see the metal clip that was at the end of the cord in order to confirm.
