Entry Gard L30841 needed. The part came out that attaches to the handle to open the window. Thanks so much for help!

Thanks for posting. See our 39-031 EntryGard Dual-Arm operator. Just make sure the dimensions below match what you have. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately. If you need a new stud bracket, see the 39-517.
