Only one piece is broken the small lower arm. Would welcome a replacement kit even if it includes both arms.

I actually don't recognize this operator. The first part to come to mind is our 39-028E, but yours is obviously a much older version. I'm not 100% sure that this part will work for you. Look it over and let me know what you think.
As for the lower arm, that would be the hinge. You can use our 36-048 to replace it. The video below will go into more detail.

That number unfortunately doesn't match anything in our database. There probably won't be a silver bullet number that tells you exactly what you need. At the end of the day, you need to compare physical attributes.
