Thanks for writing in! Based on the stamp information provide, I'd venture to guess that you are looking to replace the balances in your window. The stamp can only tell us the weight range the balances should be able to hold to support the sash weight but it cannot help to identify the balances.  If I am correct, we can likely provide you with the replacements you need but I'll need to see a photo of the balances removed from the window. 

I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom attachments from the balance as well as any that cold possibly be left behind in the window channel.
