To further review, are you able to provide a clearer picture of the top nylon attachment. We need to determine if the style is "winged" or not to determine the correct series of balance for your window. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Your balance resembles the S395-37 with a 3640 stamp option. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 37" long. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
