36-6 balances

Question

I need a window balance (2) for a held-wen vinyl side release window. The balance on the window is marked 36-6. Can you help?

Thanks for posting! I'm confident we'll likely have a replacement balance for you, however, I'll need to see a photo of your balances removed from the window to make a recommendation. I'll need to see any attachments on the balance. If it is a tilt window, you may need to check for any attachments left in the window.

The stamp will only indicate the weight range your balances need to be able to support.
