We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the balance assembly shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an undamaged version removed from one of your windows with a clear view of the top and bottom, any attachments it may have, as well as the clip at the end of the pulley cord to compare to our inventory.
