Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-36 or S385-36 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to locate the stamp printed on your metal channel to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacement balances.

As long as the shoe measures more than 1", you'd need the S385-36

Your stamp code indicates that you may have a 37-pound window sash. I would recommend weighing it to confirm and, if so, you would need the S380-36 with a 3560 strength option that supports between 35 and 39 lbs.
