36" metal exterior entry underdoor threshold that is mounted by sliding on track

1 3/4" wide X 36" long installed by sliding on to 1 1/2" wide track that is riveted to the underside bottom of door.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm afraid we won't be able to supply an exact match for this sweep. That said, I think you could possibly use our 58-176 as a replacement. This sweep is convenient since it just wraps around the bottom of the door and installs on the sides using screws. Look it over and let me know if you think this could work for you.
