Welcome back, Gary. If the nylon fittings are identical to the ones on the balances you ordered last week, then it sounds like you need the S385-37 with a stamp option of 3630. Just make sure that the bottom nylon shoe depth is indeed 1-3/32", as shown below. If this worked to replace other balances in the same house, chances are it's the same one, but it doesn't hurt to be safe. Let me know if you have further questions.
