36"ish windows

Hello! We need help replacing these window balancers. The window is so tight that we're not able to remove the window itself. Marking photo attached, too.

Thanks for posting! These will need to be custom/special order balances, given that you have a wheel in the shoe. They are what we refer to as Extended-Travel Balances.

I'll need to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window to able to see the clip or hook attached to the shoe. Before I can get an order link made up for you, as this is an important detail in determining the exact balance is needed for your replacement Once I have this information, I'll be able to get the link sent over so that you can purchase your balances.

Be aware that the length of the metal channel for these balances will be 19-5/8".

Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. So it is important to confirm which clip/hook your balances have.

The last thing I'll need to confirm is the exact number of balance you are looking to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balance per custom balance type.

Thanks for all of this info! Any idea what kind of cost we're looking at? We have a lot of these windows throughout our house and might limit how many we order depending on approximate cost. Is it safe to assume that windows of the same type and size are going to have the same balance?

If you suspect that any of the windows could even be slightly smaller or larger and/or lighter or heavier, I would recommend double checking each of the balances. Again, they are non-refundable and non-returnable and they cannot be exchanged so it would be best to be certain. Otherwise, at the very least you would have extras that you can use, however, that would mean purchasing the correct balances later.

Once you've had the chance to review the pricing, I can always change it to decrease or increase the quantity of balances. However, I just wanted to make you aware that there is a minimum of (2) balances per balance type. I'll just need a quantity to start with so that I can send the quote. Then we can go from there.

I hope this helps!
