37" Window Balance

The marking is 3640. I reviewed all the measurements and they seem to align with the Series 380. The dimension that is off is on Winged Channel Balance Shoe. The 1" depth measurement is between 13/16 and 7/8" on my balance shoe piece. Will the 380 series work for me or is there another series?

Hello, thanks for writing in. It sounds like you will need a non-tilt 1/2" channel balance with the 19-005 top fitting and 15-029 bottom shoe. This is similar to the Series 380, but the 15-029 bottom shoe is 7/8" wide. Because this is not one of our stock options, this will need to be a custom creation. If you'd like to proceed, please let me know your desired quantity and I will send you a custom order link.

I am sorry but I miscommunicated. I need 2 sets for a total of 4 channel balances not 8. I also need 6 sash guides part # 18-161. Can those be added to the custom order of balances?

No problem. I just sent you a new e-mail with a link for an order of 4 balances. You can simply add your other desired parts to your basket along with the custom parts, and then head to check out.

Now it says that I have 12 balances in my cart. I can't remove any of them.

Sorry for making this so complicated. I have removed all items from the cart. Can you readd the 4 balances back?

It's no problem. You should be able to go back into the second I e-mail I sent you, with the link for 4 balances, and add them to your cart again.
