37" channel balance. 36-4 JX CMC 11

Question

Not sure if my channel balance is a series 380 or 385. The bottom shoe looks a little different. I included a picture with the stamp also. The rope broke on my old one.
It is from a Pgt window non tilt.

Hi Bert,

Since the bottom attachment on your balance doesn't have wings like the S380 and S385, you'll need the S395-37 and the spring weight for your (36-4) stamp would be (3640) for a sash weighing between 23-30 lbs. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
