37 in. window channel balance

A quick learner from Bradenton, FL says:
Cable broke on one balance. No stamp. Printed onto the metal as shown on one of the attached pictures: 36-9 DA2 CMC 4. Looks most like a 395 balance, but I'll leave that determination up to you folks. Already pulled the balance out so no as-installed pictures. Be glad to answer any questions.

Hello there. Good eye, this does look an S395-37 to me. The only issue is choosing a stamp option. Your stamp code of 36-9 is from an older rating system we no longer use. To know what stamp option to select, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
