37" x 9/16" channel balances for Marvin windows

Hello, I have a client who needs the channel balances in her windows replaced. They are 9/16" wide and each section of the window is 37" tall. I took one of the broken ones out and the only marking I can find is 36XHD stamped on one end. Any idea of which part I need to order? Thanks!

Hey, Isaac. There should be a shoe or clip at the end of the cord. Is there any way you can show that to us? Once we see that we can make a recommendation.

That's perfect, thanks. See our S751-37 channel balance, this appears to be a good match. For the stamp option, you might want to consider the 36TG, but I recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm. You can probably re-use your old installation clip, but if for some reason you are not able to do that, see our 19-030.
