38-090 in other sizes?

Does this part come in only one size? i just want to make sure I purchase the correct part. I've included pictures, thanks!

The 38-090 does not come in other sizes that I know of. Is yours different? If so, can you tell me exactly how their dimensions differ? We can try to find a better match.
