I have a maxim multi-point lock, product code 38-095 that I just received from you. Its seems to be a perfect replacement for my broken lock. When I went to install it, I found that were no threads in the screw holes. What do I do now? Thank you.

Good Morning,

We recommend using a #10-24 thread-forming machine screw, approximately 1/2" long. You should use the same screw you took out of the original lock. If you don't have the original screw, you may have to contact your local hardware store for a replacement.
