3/8" balancer

A handy person from Alpine, Texas says:
These are MI windows and they gave me your name. The balancer is covered by the bronze aluminum channel. They are 22" long on tilt windows. I would like to order 2 sets to be certain they are the right ones and the snapping will stop, windows will be easier to raise. Any help you can give will very appreciated.

With all the information you have provided leads up to the S900-22 spiral balance with a blue tip. See if this looks like what you have been searching for. You may also want to look into the 75-06 charging tool for assistance with your repair. If you would like some further insight, we placed some media guides on this page for your review.

Thank you for the response. I ordered one of your charging tools and have used it. Does work well.
The window weighs 21-22 pounds so is the blue one sufficient?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Yes! If the window is less than roughly 22 pounds, you can use the blue tip.
