3/8 corner keys with extruder

Question

I order 136 corner keys after speaking with a young lady at your office and i was advised to order 95-246 and they are not the correct ones. its states 3/8 but they are 1/2 inches widened will can not insert them in the screen frame. I need them the to 3/8 wide not 1/2 wide please advise. I need them ASAP. Thank you for your help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Looking at your pictures, it looks like you're measuring the leg at 3/8" thick. To clarify, the 95-246 is meant to work in 3/8" wide frames. That doesn't mean their legs are 3/8". It's important to measure the whole screen thickness when measuring what size you need, not just the legs. You can see on the 95-246 store page that we list the legs as 31/64" wide and 17/64" thick.

If you need 3/8" thick legs then you presumably have a larger screen frame. Can you tell me how thick yours is? I can't tell from your picture of the tape measure, since the angle is a little off. We do sell a variety of 5/16" screen corners with pull tabs, like the 95-186 and 95-218. You will need to measure the thickness of your screen frame to confirm if this is the right size, though.
