3/8" crank handle not big enough

Question

I bought a 3/8" crank handle for this operator from a big box store. It won't go onto this stem. It's too small. do you have something that will fit?

We're selling the house in a couple days.

Can you confirm that 3/8" was too small? Looking at your operator, it looks like the type that uses an 11/32" handle. That measurement, however, is obviously smaller than 3/8".

I think it's best for you to measure the diameter of your handle's hole as accurately as you can. Without knowing its precise size, we won't really be able to determine what you need. It's important to be as exact as possible. If you have calipers, now's the time to use them.
