3/8" dia 30" Spiral balance

I had spiral balance, 3/8" tube diameter and 30" length. The color of the tip is red. What kind of replacement should I order.

Thanks for posting, and for the detailed information. I just need to know one more thing before I can recommend what you need: is your window tilt or non-tilt?

tilted window, single hung.
