3/8 in diameter tilt balance

Hello,

I need to replace two 3/8 in diameter window balances. I uploaded pictures of the part and measurements. I'm unsure what length to order as the balance casing measures 28.5 inches.

The color of the tip is red.

Thanks for posting! You can use the S900-29 Spiral Balance to replace your 28-1/2" Spiral Balance. These are available in a red tip option.

Are you also looking to replace the pivot shoe? If so, I'll need to know the measurements for the width and the thickness of the shoe.
