Greetings,
I have been buying my balances local but see your prices are much more competitive and would like to buy direct from you but want to make sure I order properly. I use 2950 & 3650 often along with several others and havce a 3650 in front of me, thats what is stamped on the bottom of the balance but it measures a full 37" without the ends just the metal part. According to your online decription this would be a 3750. There is a small bump stamped at the bottom or the balance an inch from the bottom so the balance does measure 36" to that point.
please advise,
Ron

Good morning, Ron.
Thank you for contacting us. The stamps on your balances represent the supportable sash weight. We'll get to that later. First, we will need to identify your balance Series. The balance attachments, or "shoes", are what determine the balance Series. So, to get started, take a few quick photos of your balance attachments and upload them so we can take a look. Be sure to include the length of the balance channel (metal portion only) along with your submission. Once we determine the appropriate balance Series and length, we will them make a balance stamp recommendation. Remember, balances differ from window to window, so be sure to include photos of all balances and balance attachments. |

Ron, thank you for your patience.
The replacement channel balance you need is our S380-37 with the 3650 option. |
