385 channel balance

Home Owner from Cape Coral FL
stamp reads 29 3 HP CALDWELL.  We had to replace the regular glass for temper per building code and this won't hold the wait.  I am not able to remove the sash and weigh it so all I can do is hope that you can help with that part.  I choose between 32-35 lbs but not sure.

Hey there. Since the top attachment has wings but the bottom seems to lack them, this looks more like an S395-30 Channel Balance to me. The only way to know what stamp option to pick in this situation is to weigh the window sash, but if for some reason you cannot remove the sash at this time, at least lower the sash onto a bathroom scale that is placed onto the sill. This is not nominal but it's better than just guessing. There's no other way to proceed without having a sash weight. Let us know what you find.

The sash weighs 25 lbs and I would need both sides.

In that case, you should be able to use a 2940 stamp option, which denotes a balance meant to support a sash in the weight range of 23 through 23 pounds. Let me know if you have further questions.
